At TFC we believe that it is important to get involved with the local community to ensure all in the community have access to good quality dental services, education and advice.
Charlotte grew up in East London and has seen over the years the lack of education on oral health within her own local community and wants to make a difference. after growing up without much education on oral health and suffering herself with extensive dental treatments Charlotte would like to ensure that people have the appropriate access to dental care and advice more easily than she did.
Oral health is linked to overall health, so its essential that people are aware of its importance.

TFC in Uganda with Dentaid
| As promised an update on Charlottes trip to Uganda with Dentaid. In february 2023 Charlotte travelled to Uganda with a team on 10 people. The team treated over 1500 patient over multiple clinics in various locations.

The TFC Return to work with a Confident Smile Scheme:
| Once a month Charlotte offers 1 free hygiene session for a patient who is looking to return to work after a period of unemployment. This scheme is run to help those who have lost confidence due to their oral hygiene and would benefit from teeth cleaning to help them with their confidence for a job interview or first day at a new job.
Due to limited availability, you just apply by emailing: info@tfcdental.co.uk With the subject ‘RWCSS’ · You must include proof of your job interview or job offer · A brief description detailing why you think you should be given a chance to have a free dental hygiene session with TFC This is a free service and spaces are limited – one application will be accepted per month. |

Oral Health Outreach Programme: Charlotte is available for voluntary work. She has experience in care homes, homeless shelters, and schools. Charlotte can cover. · Oral Hygiene education including tooth brushing, interdental and general oral health care · Children’s dentistry explanations and advice · Denture care · Caring for others teeth · Diet advice If you would like to book Charlotte for any oral health talks or presentations please get in contact by emailing: info@tfcdental.co.uk This is a free service and at busy times there may be a waiting list to book any oral health visit with Charlotte. |
