Dental Therapist & Practice Manager

Charlotte is a qualified Dental Therapist and experienced Practice Manager who has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care. Since founding TFC Dental in 2018, she has focused on delivering a patient-first approach with a special interest in aesthetic treatments, including composite bonding, dental hygiene therapy, whitening, paediatric dentistry, and special care dentistry.

Charlotte is particularly skilled in supporting nervous and anxious patients, creating a calm, welcoming environment where trust and comfort are prioritised. Her empathetic and gentle approach has helped many individuals regain confidence in their oral health journeys.

As a Practice Manager, she leads her team with a strong emphasis on collaboration, clinical excellence, and continuous professional development. Her commitment to preventive care and patient education drives her to continually improve the standard of care within her practice and beyond.

Charlotte is deeply involved in her local community, delivering oral health education in schools and community outreach settings. She also takes her passion internationally through overseas charitable work, providing essential dental treatment and oral health education in underserved regions.

A strong advocate for Dental Public Health improvement, Charlotte believes in tackling health inequalities by increasing access to quality dental education and services for all. Her work is driven by the goal of creating lasting, positive change in oral health outcomes across all communities.

Clinical Educator, Mentor & Advocate

In addition to her clinical and managerial roles, Charlotte is a dedicated Clinical Educator and mentor, supporting the development of aspiring dental professionals, particularly student dental hygienists. Her education and mentoring programmes are designed to build confidence, refine clinical skills, and foster a deeper understanding of patient-centred, ethical care.

Charlotte is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Dental Law and Ethics, with the aim of contributing to the improvement of ethical standards across the dental profession. Her goal is to advocate for fairer, more transparent, and ethically sound dental care systems, ensuring better protection and outcomes for both patients and professionals.

Through her workshops, one-to-one mentorship, and broader advocacy work, Charlotte is committed to raising the bar in dental education, ethics, and public health. She believes that ethical, accessible, and community-informed care should be at the heart of modern dentistry.
